Decoding the Inner Critic

A workshop for understanding how our Inner Critic blocks our creativity and overcoming it through gentle practice

Today, the technological & skill barriers to creating are gone.
But our self-doubt & mindblocks aren’t.

In this 1-hour workshop, explore how your Inner Critic shapes hesitation, perfectionism, and self-doubt during the creative process, and learn gentle practices to move past it with clarity and confidence.

This is for you if: You often feel stuck, overthink your ideas, or delay starting (despite knowing you want to create!)

What to expect by the end of the workshop:

  • You’ll be able to spot when fear is posing as logic (aka. your Inner Critic)
  • You’ll have a simple practice to overcome mindblocks with more confidence
